Rev. Pam Gutierrez announces resignation as our Associate Minister
Rev. Pam has cherished her time at Unity on the Bay, deeply appreciating the community, the leaders, and the staff she’s worked with. While her original plan was for her family to join her in South Florida, it is no longer possible, and she will be moving back to Oregon to be with them.

World renown jazz singer, Nicole Henry, has roots at Unity on the Bay. Both a congregant and guest singer for over a decade, her presence in our community and the world exemplify Unity’s values. For this we honor her with the Light of Unity Award.
A new beginning for Temple Israel of Greater Miami
Because of changing demographics, financial and facility considerations necessitate significant changes for the future of their synagogue, Temple Israel has informed their community that they plan to move out of their current location at the end of summer 2025.

For the second year in a row, we made a generous donation of $5,000 to Amigos for Kids, a local non-profit who’s mission is to “prevent child abuse and neglect by valuing children, strengthening families, and educating communities”.
