The Power of Community
The work of self-realization is one we have to choose and commit to on our own. That does not mean, we walk the journey on our own though. We do not have to face our challenges and difficulties alone - we can lean on our community as a source of strength, courage, inspiration and allowance.
Unity Feeds 500 Families in Need
On a very rainy Oct. 3, 2020, the Sacred Servers (volunteers) and Staff of Unity on the Bay set out to distribute 500 free boxes of fresh healthy food to people in need in the Miami, FL area. The food distribution lasted about 3 hours while cars arrived with their trunks open so the food could be provided safely with as little contact as possible.
OM Hour ends after 15 years.

$42,000 raised for kids in need
This is our 11th Annual Backpack Drive and the drive that almost didn’t happen. In the early days of planning for this year’s drive, there were so many questions about whether this could be done during a global pandemic. With many questions left unanswered, Unity on the Bay along with it’s partners, Turnberry Associates and City National Bank, stepped forward in faith.
Our "Building Our Future" Affirmation at your fingertips
Every week the Building Affirmation is shared during our Sunday Celebration services. The Building Our Future Care and Communication Subcommittee wants you to have it at your fingertips so you can affirm it every day. We have created a graphic for you to download and save on your device of choice.
Our inner & outer purpose
At times, we may feel pulled by the events of our own personal world and our desire for the inner life. We may even believe we have to choose between being and doing. What if we can create harmony between both? Our inner purpose for being, and our outer purpose for doing can come together in such a way that it can change our world. Awakening opens us up to experiencing life with new vigor, excitement and zeal. Isn't it time for us to find this sense of harmony in our lives?
Unity on the Bay tithes $50,000 to "Loaves & Fishes" Fund
There are many Unity Churches and Centers worldwide that are suffering from the economic stress caused by COVID-19. Unity on the Bay wanted to act on its belief that God always provides and we are channels through which God’s supply can flow. It is in that consciousness that our Board of Trustees decided to tithe $50,000 to the Loaves and Fishes Fund created by Unity Worldwide Ministries which supports those Unity ministries worldwide that need help right now. So far 59 communities have benefited from this fund.

This peaceful (and prayerful) protest for the Black Lives Matter Movement was organized by Touching Miami with Love. Our Advocacy Committee is looking at how else we can support healing racism.

Following a heroic journey through challenges with her health, Helen moved into the next dimension of life Thursday evening. In days prior, almost by miracle, some family and friends were able to be with her.
